Sundiver IRC Network and its services is not intended for children, especially under the age of 14. Children may use Sundiver IRC Network or its services only with the direct supervision of their parent.

When you communicate with Sundiver IRC Network or any of our services, we make every effort to ensure your privacy and safety. As an added precaution, however, we still encourage parents to monitor their child's use of the Internet, and to help us protect their privacy by reminding them never to exchange personal information with this or any other web site without the assistance or express written permission of a parent or other responsible adult.

Exceptional Disclosures

In certain cases we may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct or in cases of abuse of our services or Terms of Service violations. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.

In case of a ban/blacklisting of your IP Address(es) we may disclose your IP address(es) in administrating the ban and/or blacklist and/or in other rare circumstances where we determine it is not practical to keep the IP Address encrypted.

If we determine or suspect your computer is insecure or running malicious software, or if you abuse our services or violate our Terms of Service, we may disclose any information collected with our staff, agents, our partners and affiliates and administrators and staff of other IRC Networks and security and IRC admin mailing lists. Additionally, we may submit and disclose your information to public and/or private proxy and/or abuse blacklists. We may also report abuse and disclose all information collected to your ISP and appropriate government authorities.
